We should leave the EU
Written by Gavin Webb on 5 July, 2008 – 5:01 pm -As a libertarian - often referred to as a classical liberal - I believe that government, which should be as small as possible, should be close to the people it serves. Despite once upon a time being very supportive of the European Union and indeed a single European currency but believing that the EU needed reforming, I later came to the conclusion that this support wasn’t conducive to government at the lowest practicable level.
